As the former founder of consulting and advisory firm, Phoenix5, Dana helped companies and individuals anticipate and prepare for “what’s next.” An advisor, coach, speaker, and mentor, she evangelizes a new mindset that offers a sustainable alternative to the work-life balance myth: Stop Settling™. Dana draws on a wealth of entrepreneurial successes and experience architecting high-growth initiatives, particularly within the talent ecosystem. Most recently, she served as COO and President for Icon Professional Services (now TalentWave). Previously, she held roles of Global Vice President at TAPFIN and Senior VP of Strategy and Solutions at Staffing Industry Analysts. She is also a member of the advisory boards for Shiftgig and LNQ Systems.
