With over two decades’ experience in the workforce management industry, Brian Salkowski, Guidant Global’s Chief Operating Officer, leads the implementation of Guidant’s strategic vision and operational delivery across all global markets. In 2021, Brian launched parent company Impellam Group’s Global Centre of Excellence – a move that has helped to position Guidant Global and customers for long-term, sustainable success through the delivery of key business enablers like project management, analytics, automation, and more.

He is an acknowledged expert and frequent speaker on Contingent Workforce Management including total talent management, services procurement, and sourcing/management strategies. He has been recognized as one of the most influential individuals in recruitment by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), by featuring in their annual Staffing 100 North America list every year since 2019.
