In her previous role, she was responsible for strategic direction and business operations for Adecco Staffing USA’s North Central Division which generates $850 million in annual revenue. This territory includes offices throughout the Northeast, as well as Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan. Lauren also had oversight for Adecco’s Creative and Marketing operations nationally. Lauren is known for her expertise in successfully building and driving profitable business growth as well as developing and operating high-performance teams. She has a deep passion for growing talent and fostering a work environment that promotes learning, advancement, collaboration, and performance.
