John Healy

John Healy consults with clients in the design and delivery of workforce solutions to meet talent acquisition, talent supply chain, and process efficiency demands. He has responsibility for leading talent supply chain analytics and research teams to develop customized workforce management strategies for companies around the world. A respected industry thought leader, Healy is a frequent presenter on topics ranging from workforce strategy, offshore market considerations, workforce analytics and workforce management technology. He joined Kelly Services in 1993, and has held a number of leadership positions. A graduate of UMass, Healy currently serves on the Board of Directors for the World Employment Confederation and is a member of The Gartner Executive Supply Chain Leadership Council and the Duke University Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER).
